I didn't mean to meet Randy, but I'm so glad I did. No one ever expects to get into an accident or have vehicle issues. He went over and above the job of being a wrecker service for me. Would refer him to anyone.

Had a little trouble finding this place on Google maps. But I did eventually find it tucked in the back of a tattoo shop. The staff was friendly, quick and helpful in getting my belongings. Thank yall

Randy and his service are the real deal. Called him to have my vehicle towed on Saturday evening and he promptly responded and made arrangements the next day which was a Sunday to take care of it that day. 100% recommend this gentleman and his business. He even threw in a diagnosis of the issue and was right. I will be using Randy’s wrecker service again when the need arises, don’t hesitate to call him for wrecker service.Service: Special vehicle towing

My family used Randy's Wrecker Service this labor day weekend for hauling a truck and a tractor and we could not be more pleased with Randy's expertise, professionalism, and efficiency. I found myself stranded late at night and in a pretty remote area. I’ve used Randy’s service before, and he was very helpful and honest, so I called him up again.He came 17 miles outside of town, AT MIDNIGHT, to get me. Randy got me home safe, and my vehicle to a shop. There was no exorbitant “emergency” or “after hours” fees. His pricing was very straightforward, and I found it to be reasonable.Both times I’ve used the service Randy himself has come out, so I have no experience with any other driver. Randy is honest and helpful. As a woman I’ve never felt unsafe or taken advantage of, and in fact he will steer you in the right direction for an honest mechanic if you need it, too.He’s always been quick to answer the phone, and he’s very transparent with response time estimates. He’s efficient and has good communication.I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Randy’s Wrecker Service. Give him a call should you find yourself in need!Service: Car towing

As a new resident to Taylor, I always try to give business to local businesses. However, this local business was huge disappointment. My son's car was disabled near Taylor high school and needed to be towed to Hutto. The rep said "no shops are open on Sunday". When I explained I found a shop not far in Hutto that in fact was open. The gentleman said. " We can't tow you to Hutto". I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
