Specialties: Any type of nail art that I request or have a picture of Mrs. Ivy can match it to the T! Excellent job done and excellent experience with them all at every single visit! Mr. Tom has the shop running at a 10plus!
Cleanliness: Top shelf! From the time you walk in to the time you have use the restroom or wash your hands everything is clean and organized.

Had problems in the past but decided to try again. Just as bad. They put paint on too thick, so it was clumpy. When asked to fix it, the lady that talked to me was ugly and repeated herself over and over like I was stupid. She made fun of me because I asked them to fix it saying it was clumpy. Paid $30 a person and they turned out terrible. When they tried to fix it they didn’t even paint the entire toenail. I had five people in my group and they just assumed they would make a quick buck off us. They also scheduled too many appointments at one time so they couldn’t take their time. I will never go back to a place that was so rude and disrespectful when we were never rude, loud, or ugly.
Response to Sky Nail’s response which is not accurate. First of all the age of the customer should not matter but yes it was an adult, one 8 year old, and three 11 year olds. Tried to do a fun birthday activity. I booked the appointments a week before. When a customer is shown samples of polish, you would expect the nail to look like the sample. The glider polish was not shown as a clear coat with glitter on it. I have attached a photo of what it looked like. In addition to it not looking like the sample, it was clumpy and too thick to ever dry. When I asked them to fix it they were fine with one but when showing all three of the 11 year olds, they got ugly. All three glitter ones were terrible and one without glitter was just fine. First, it should not matter the age as I paid the same amount for even the “kids”. They also didn’t mess it up. It was the way they painted it. Put too much paint to try to make it look like the sample. I paid over $150 and expected, like any other paying customer, to receive a good quality result. If I picked that color from the sample and it was not the same- I would request it changed so it had nothing to do with not liking the color. The lady that “explained to me” said nothing about we cannot change because they don’t like the color. It had nothing to do with the kids wanting different colors. I wanted them to have good quality toenails when I was paying $30 “a kid”. They did repaint them but did a terrible job so they did not “fix it” and did nothing for free. Most of the paint came off that evening after they showered. If you look at the photo you can see they didn’t even paint the entire toe nail when they “fixed” them. The “one girl” they claim messed it up when she dried it, didn’t mess anything up- it was how they painted it and one employee even looked at it and said it was bad and needed to be redone. The lady/man doing the response to my review is a LIAR and is very unprofessional. If they would have looked good or if the girls would have messed them up, I would not have asked the nail employee to fix it. I am a responsible and respectful adult and wouldn’t have someone fix something they did correctly to begin with. I asked them to fix it because they lied and they messed up. This is absolutely the worse customer service and the fact this person tried to blame three eleven year old girls and not just apologize shows they have no customer respect and are willing to lie to their customers and future customers. I will never go back and will never tell anyone to go there.

Fast Friendly Detail oriented service. Appointments are best. Walks are welcomed warmly but may have a short wait. Well worth it!
