Just went about 30 minutes ago to get an emissions test. The lady in the office told me it would be about an hour and a half wait and asked for my insurance. I asked if they take appointments (they don’t), so I showed her my insurance, and she told me to “bring that in an hour and a half.” I was confused and probably said, “Huh?” She then replied, “I don’t have time for this today.”
I definitely took that as my cue that my business wasn’t wanted, so I turned around and walked out. I’m less than three months new to Taylor — and now I know exactly where I’ll never go again or recommend to anyone.
