Excellent, straightforward and extremely professional. Had a door replaced along with paint blending of the adjacent door, fender and hood. It’s impossible to see where the work was done, paint match is as good as it gets. The work was done in a very timely fashion but, more importantly, it was done right. I will definitely return if I ever need body work done again. Thank you Richard and all the personnel who did a stellar job. This was on a 2021 Mazda CX9.

Took my bent dirt track cars to Terry after several recommendations and mighty glad I did got it in and repaired extremely fast was very happy with the work and considerable less on the price of the repairs would highly recommend him and the employees to anyone for anything 👍. They were very fast, under 4 days to repair side damage to my truck after somebody hit it in a parking lot. State Farm covered the costs. Customer service was great and they did an outstanding job, looks brand new. 10/10 would return in the future.

First time dealing with a hit and run. Went in and spoke to Richard. Scheduled appointment and left feeling very confident that my Challenger will be returned back to it's original condition.itwas about 3 1/2 weeks to replace my left rear quarterpanel, left taillight, bumper cover, paint and new decal. Reasonable time in my opinion. It was a lot of work and parts had to be special ordered. Working in the Automotive field for about 35 years, I understood the time needed.
I HAVE TO SAY, these guys rocked it! I can't even tell my car was hit! The bodywork, paint, decal, seam sealer etc. Is 100% perfect! The gaps are perfect. I can't recommend Richard Rumley and the team at Terry's Body Shop enough. I am EXTREMELY picky about my 10 year old Scat Pack Challenger that only has 27000 miles on it. They did NOT let me down!!

Fantastic experience getting my license plates installed due to a screw being stripped and needing to be tapped out. Quick, fair-priced, and entertaining to talk to! Highly recommended!

At I went to Terry's to get an estimate for my 2016Ford Fusion by a Richatd. He greeted me and after I told him my reason for visit he said " Are we gonna do the work? If not there is no reason to waste his time". After going outside he told me to come ba k in morning because it will take to long. As a Veteran of the US Vetran of the Air Force I received better customer service in Prince Sultan Air Base. I am disappointed I ger treated like trash here too.

I had to bring my vehicle in because a part of the front bumper fell out. Richard and another man were so nice, easy to talk to, and helpful. They got the part and installed it quickly. I highly recommend this business. Excellent customer service.

My mechanic recommended Terry’s after someone hit my Mazda. I did wait several months for the appointment, but it was SO worth it. The work is absolutely impeccable. The paint matching alone was perfect. When my insurance company quoted the work, they wanted a shortcut - some safety supports were bent in the crash and the insurance said to just bend them back into shape. Terry’s pointed out that wasn’t going to be safe and got the insurance company to cover doing it the correct way.Will never go anywhere else!

Joe just went above and beyond helping me out with a back panel on my Toyota Sienna that had broken loose. He was able to secure the panel in about 10 minutes and now it's more sturdy than the day I bought the car! I'll head to Terry's for all my bodywork from now on!Service: Body & Trim
