The actual post office was closed on multiple occasions when they should have been opened(during business hours and non holiday). If you call, you can’t speak to anyone. Oh, and the number for tracking my package was an ‘invalid’ number on their website and through the automated phone system which I put in multiple times and verified the number. It wasn’t until I finally spoke with someone after sitting on the phone for 19 minutes, that he explained that even though the paper said my package was to be returned to sender in two days they “went ahead and returned it for me”. So now I will have to repay for shipping and that’s “not their fault”.

I reported the issue to the Taylor postal office IN PERSON that I can't open my mailbox last week. it has been EIGHT days since I reported it. There was some conflict of information. I met again in person last Saturday, May 24th. I was told that the carrier would replace it but he/she never did it. I called the postal office this morning, Wednesday, May 28th, and I was told that the carrier was on vacation last week. THIS IS A LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My gameplan for the carrier. I'm gonna let him\her fill up my mailbox with all mails until he\she GIVES UP because I NEVER receive the KEYS!!!!!!!!! My gameplan has been started for the next THREE WEEKS.

Passport appointment is useless because they just serve the walk in first. We had an appointment at 1 pm. We had to wait for the walk ins to finish. After that, They served the white family that had an appointment at 1:30 pm.

I just went to this place and the good service I received from USPS was incredible. The colleague who helped me was very kind and that is worthy of admiration. I recommend this place 365 days a year.

I had a passport appointment at this USPS for my daughter. I was in and out under 5 minutes. Employees were really courteous and helpful, and so were the other customers. I highly advise other customers with passport appointments to have everything ready beforehand (paperwork, payments, and pictures). It really helps everyone and expedites the process!

Hands down, the worst post office I've ever had to experience and we all know how bad post offices can be. They failed to deliver a package, but say it was scanned and placed in my mailbox. They willl NEVER answer their phone and it could have simply been a mistake. Now, while the driver is still driving around, I have to fill out a form online and then wait. It's a Saturday, so obviously they won't do anything until Monday, I would hope, but no. That's too much to ask. I'll have to wait probably several days. Critical days to determine where the package is, but they don't care. They'll respond with the package is lost and now I have to contact the seller to get a refund. They could have just taken it for themselves and there's no one to answer for it. "It's just too bad, but good luck getting a replacement package because we might lose that one, too."

Racist. We have new passport appointment 11:15-11:30am. Was there at 11:28am due to traffic. A white family just got in same time with us, but they have appointment at 11:45am. The white male rep just helped the white family and told us to make new appointment. We asked we can wait, but he said no. Then we went to Round Rock post office as walk-in no appointment, the Asian lady helped us in just 5 mins. We didn’t have copy of birth certificate and DL, however she could wait for us to make copy and bring them back. She made thing really easy. Really appreciate her service. We usually go to Round Rock location because good services and people there.Guys, today is Thanksgiving’s day. Let make the world full with love and peace.
