Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been having horrible service in my location called tech support 4 times and they recommended a new SIM card. I go into this location only to be met with a rude guy telling me he will not give me one but he can sell me one for $20. Didn’t offer to help get to the bottom of the issue. Simply refuse my needs then mock me when I walked out of the store.

1 start is totally too many! My daughter came in to slide off our phone bill on to her own last month. She had a phone she was financing and all she wanted to do was move the phone, number, and payment over to her own account. The person told her she “couldn’t do that” and ended up selling her a brand new phone. She then returns the phone to us and tells us the rep told her we could return the phone and cancel the line. We go in to do so and are met with complete hostility geo the 611 rep and the in store rep, throwing the blame game around and blatantly lying to our faces. Now we are stuck with a phone, line, and payment on something that is not being used and sitting in a drawer until it is “paid off ($482)”. Now, my phone is due for an upgrade, the phone is PAID OFF, and Verizon wants to charge me a $700 down payment on an upgrade. We can’t increase our spending limit even though I’ve paid $810 on this current phone and that amount doesn’t go towards our spending limit even if I was to “trade in” the paid off device. So again, I am stuck with an unusable device (running extremely slow bc it’s ready for upgrade) we all know how apple does things with “old” iPhones. No one will help us and we are stuff in financing contract for another 14 months. I DO NOT recommend this store or Verizon in general. Customer service in store and on the phone are garbage and the regret of switching to this “superior” cell phone provider is immense. As soon as these phones are paid off, we’re out! Screw you Verizon! Shouldn’t even be in business with your shady business practices and garbage customer service.STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE AND VERIZON!!!!

Was met with a friendly greeting when walking in but once the representative realized he wasn’t going to make a sell off of me his demeanor changed rapidly. I was trying to get my information from my old phone swapped with my new phone and when I told him that he scoffed at me and asked why I couldn’t “figure it out on the internet” and told me he would do it but it was going to “cost me”. I expressed to him that it wasn’t an issue to pay and from there his attitude regressed. 1 out of 5 service. Aggressive and condescending behavior from the representative Daniel.

Sold my mother a used iPhone that won't send pictures to / or receive pictures from an android. I even went to Apple in RoundRock yesterday, and they said the issue is absolutely Verizons service, there is nothing wrong with the phone.

I recently visited the Verizon store in Taylor, TX and was assisted in getting my and my roommate's phone upgraded by Placido and his colleague Barry. They were very pleasant, patient, informative and attentive. We appreciated, that for reasons out of their control, ended up being a longer process, they coupled comedic relief with professionalism seamlessly. We highly recommend.

Barry Tarrant was the best!!! He made sure all our photos were transferred over and we knew how to operate the basics of our new iphone14. He was very patient and pleasant. We drove from Kingsland to Taylor to do business with him. We found a new friend and will always deal with Barry. We recommend Cellular Sales in Taylor, Tx.

One star too many ?. I was apparently a bother because I came in while they weren't in the mood to work. Refused to sell me a phone. The other guy present, again, with no customer to help, you'd think would've came over to see what the problem was,.. because I was obviously upset.. But no. They would rather lose a sale and potentially a lifetime (20+ years) customer.They must've already met their quota for the month or something.,Anyway, it'll be worth you're while if you're reading this, to head straight over to a corporate store. Or BestBuy, which is where I ended up getting the help I needed without any hassle.

I went to the Taylor store & met with Placido Olguin on Saturday. He was professionally & so very helpful. He helped me get an iPhone 14 pro max with my trade in. He educated me on everything I needed to know. He also set up my phone for me, which was a relief because that’s one of the things I don’t like doing on my own. For anyone wanting to switch providers or get a new phone or both, I recommend you go see Placido Olguin at the Taylor store you’ll be happy you did, just like I was. Thank you Placido.

VOTE BARRY (aka Charles Tarrant) now what for, not sure? Employee of the week, month, or maybe employee who never tells me I do not need anymore lines and lets me spend all my money. Anytime I call him he has just what I am looking for. I have a few kids in college and run a small business so communication is a must. My college kids are forever needing or wanting something. New phone, watch, and recently the new iPad air which has replaced their mac books or they paired them with their mac books to keep them on track and organized. BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT EVER! I left Verizon after all the bad visits to this same location. Not too long ago I had issues with my current service provider after a merge and went back in to bring my service back to Verizon. I was dreading it. After dealing with Barry I won't change again. He always gets me the best deal he can and is so helpful anytime I have a question. He is a great asset to this store and helping get it back on track and in good standings as I walked out many of times of the sales people there.

Super great customer service! Placido Olguin was super helpful and worked super hard to help me find the best deal for ME! He went over all my options and laid them out, so I knew what would work for me depending on what I wanted with my new phone and plan. Love the Taylor, Tx location and the sale reps, but had to do a special shout out for Placido as he was the one personally working with me.

My fiance and I went in for black Friday deals, so 9 months ago. We were at my mother in laws for Thanksgiving, about an hour away, but wanted to get a deal on a new phone. The deal they had was trade in your phones for $800 off new phones, and ours were eligible for the full $800. This meant we own the phones outright, and dont need a contract. We signed up for the unlimited plan, with 3rd party phone ins they required. The number porting process was not working that night (after being there for 4-5 hours), so they asked us to get temp numbers, take the old phones and new phones home, and as soon as the process goes thru, mail Verizon back the old phones. We did this and for when we got our bill, we realized they signed us up for a two year contract, paying $33/month per phone, even though we already bought them. Plus they added an additional home ins plan on top of the regular ins plan even though we refused that in store ($29.99/month). We tried fixing this with over a few calls with Verizon, but they told us we had to fix it in store because they're an affiliate. We live over an hour away, but we made the trip only to be told that they have to file a ticket with Verizon, because they're an affiliate store, not owned directly by Verizon. That was 3 months ago in May, I haven't heard anything back from Verizon or the store and I'm still being charged for the phones. Do not buy here, go to an actual Verizon store. Or don't, honestly neither one seems to be customer service oriented. These people are nice, and explained why it happened, but in the end I'm still out of pocket and a very unhappy customer
