I went to the Taylor store to buy some "Dots" candies. I was sent all over the store by well meaning personal. Finally, a clerk could see I was having a problem and offered to find them for me. It took her 20 minutes so it wasn't an easy find. Gaddis found 4 boxes so I bought them. Before Walmart pats themselves on the back I assure you all 5 stars are due to her efforts.) Thank you Clark Johnson

I tend to shop at the Taylor Walmart at least weekly, although I do my main grocery shopping at the HEB in Hutto. There is no option for anything but self-checkout. Typically, after self-checkout, I walk out the door & the greeter may tell me to have a good day, if they pay attention to me at all. Today I purchased about $100 in items, did the self-checkout. When I got near the exit, a Walmart employee was checking the receipt & cart of the person exiting in front of me. He literally checked every single item in her cart against the receipt. That took 3-4 minutes. Then it was my turn & he checked every item I purchased against my receipt, which took another 5 minutes. I don't appreciate, after having to do all the checkout & bagging myself, being treated like a potential criminal. My advice to Walmart - if you don't trust your own customers to pay via self-checkout - hire cashiers! I won't be coming back.

Wal-Mart Corp. is now requiring all employees to have a medical intervention or be fired. My family and I will no longer support any Wally World and we're better off for it. Management and staff at this location are underwhelming at best. Unhelpful and gives you the feeling like you're doing something wrong by shopping there. No thanks!

Worst Walmart ever been too. No one is never at their department and I can't find anyone to help me if I need it. Even on the phone you guys don't help, just make me wait on the line. You guys don't even deserve the one star .

Was ignored by employee at paint counter. I stood at his counter with paint I needed shaken. He looked at me then picked up some unopened merchandise and leftA few minutes later he returns, looks at me then picks up another item and leaves again. After a couple of minutes he returns. He looks at me, See's me still there, turns away walks down an aisle and began to adjust items on the shelf. at this time I decided I was not getting any help so I left the store leaving all of my merchandise there.FYI this was not a stock person, he is the paint department employee who has been in that department for a long time.

Average WalMart here, as long as you don't need help getting a locked up item it's not bad. If you do then don't plan on leaving quickly because no one is around to help

This is a difficult review to write because this particular Walmart used to be one of my favorites. However now it has become a place of difficulty. The product is still good. My problem is with the checkout procedure. Our population in this tiny town is not one that can easily check themselves out with electronics and picking things up and all that nonsense which is required of the self checkout lanes. Not only that but not having checkers takes away much needed jobs from retirees and students if they desire to do the checkout job. I prefer to shop at Walmart because of pricing and product quality. HEB is too expensive for me but they always have checkers. Walmart, please change your check out policy.

New to this area, Taylor Walmart has filled all of our go to needs, from meds to garden and housewares

Walmart has always had that Kmart feel from yesteryear, but this is one of the nicer, cleaner, and newer ones around. A lot of them need to be refreshed, if you know what I mean. Plus there's no trees here you need to be careful you don't park under.

Buying for charity this evening. Had 3 large carts full of things to donate. They had no cashiers to check out all self check out. We went up to the service counter because we can't check out all of this on our own. The manager had a trainees check us out. As you can tell not a good idea. We had hit limit but using a check to pay for everything. We ended up leaving with nothing and not being able to get anything for these kids. Very disappointed.
