“I love shopping at Dollar General. They have wonderful products that you can find for a cheaper price than JCPenny’s, Dillard’s or even TJMax. Thank you for all you have.”

“I had the please of meeting the new owner! What an amazing man pouring back into the community. He doesn't get the attention and foot traffic he deserves but maybe we can change that. These types of stores operate off of love for the community, not profit. Their prices are too low to even make profits. He comes to work, so we, the struggling community, have somewhere where our $1 matters! I travel over 20 miles and pass tons of other dollar stores to come here. You can't beat his prices, nor the inventory. I've been here tons of times, and each time I find something new, unique and amazing. From unique birthday supplies and decorations, home decor, pet supplies, school supplies, beauty, food and more, this place is worth the trip, always!”

“As with any place, you're going to get a mix bag of reviews. My experience here has never been bad. I come here somewhat often to stock up on bread, milk, chips, and lunch meat to keep on hand in our office. I checked out here recently and didn't know they had a self-checkout. The employee on staff was super helpful and very cordially pointed me to the terminal where I was able to complete my purchase while they continued stocking shelves. Great place.”

“My boyfriend lost our light bill money at the south Laurent store. The DG employee BRITT is what all employers should strive to employ. I called hoping that someone was still honest and turned it in. Britt , who we call our angel, not only found it, but was excited that he and his company had the chance to return the money to it's owner!! Thanks to Britt , we will not be sitting in the dark!!! BRAVO DOLLAR GENERAL ON YOUR CHOICE TO EMPLOY BRITT!! Our family is full of gratitude and much appreciation. Give that man a raise!”
