Check your receipt. I brought my own bottle, poured a little water out to add ice, and they charged me for two large ice cups I never even used. Didn’t take their cups, didn’t get a straight answer when I asked. Just got looked at like I was a problem. That ain’t policy, that’s a hustle.

Came in to the store to use a coupon for my cigarettes and the guy tried to touch my phone to clear my coupon after use , he got mad I didn't allow it and decided not to let me use the coupon , since when are people allow to just put there hands on your phone, I will not be returning since he was rude and unprofessional, Do better 711

Stopped in here for fuel. It happened to be one of the cheapest places in town. With the app, you just don't know how much you can save on any given day. The app and rewards offer quite a bit. Only had to go into the store to get the receipt!

Over charges and doesn't do 711s specials. The pizzas were 9 and he charged me 10.49 and wouldn't change it just took the stick off so he didn't have to honor it. I get home and it's not even done. I will not get food from there again

I had to take the time for this ….Samir is the best his energy was awesome as soon as I walked in the door he greeted everyone loud and friendly…I have never walked in a 7/11 and been greeted like that I was smiling the whole time I was in the store because of his positivity

Always long lines and workers are scarce or chatting with friends and they just make you wait, especially the young heavy set girl. She acts like your bothering her when your there to checkout.
