BEWARE with Returns at this establishmentWhat a horrible excuse and way to run a business! I used to like this store, but they chose to die on this hill for an old and maybe expired $20 bottle of coolant.The associate Scott lied and tried to gaslight me, when he broke the seal opening the cap (to check if the seal was broken) saying he couldn’t accept the return because it was already open. What a disgrace. I guess don’t believe your lying eyes!The worst part is, I contacted corporate, they offered a gift card for $20, then towards the end when they were getting my information, the chat magically lost connection.I thought this place was a good alternative to Autozone and Oreiley’s. Turns out they are more shady than both of those companies.If this is TLDR at least take heed to my advice and avoid Scott, the liar and gaslighting employee of this place. You might have to return something far more expensive than $20 coolant and get screwed. BEWARE

I am especially impressed by Joe’s attitude and knowledge. Joe helped me diagnose my problem, installed a new battery, and cleaned up the mess from the old battery that popped its caps. Joe has a good work ethic and is enthusiastically learning to be a great mechanic. I predict he will do very well.Thank you Joe!!! ?

The associates are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and professional. They help each other to find the answer or part if others don't know. The store is very clean and organized. Honestly, I shop at the Temple Advance Auto Parts for all my automotive products needs.

So I bought 2 air filters for my car, turns out I have a custom air filter so I returned them on Sunday 10-9-22. Been waiting 3 days for a refund at my bank, so I called 10-12 at 7:51am. Asked if they can look up the order because I’ve gotten refunds before and it only took a day but the guy wouldn’t look the order up. He asked if I had a receipt and I said yes but not on me because I was at work, so I asked him to look it up again, then he said, well I don’t understand your attitude?? Huh? I asked for his name and he wouldn’t give it to me and I said so your not going to look up my refund? Who has the attitude now! Wow, horrible customer service experience. So I’m 3 full business days and I’m still waiting for a credit at my bank and there still have my money. Will keep you posted if and when I get my refund. You guys have lost my business permanently

I just got back from the Georgetown location on University I was going to swap out an ac compressor. Well they close at 8 and I was there at 8:01 and they told me to come back tomorrow. I just wanted to exchange parts no money involved I said and they said we open at 7:30 tomorrow morning. Well guess what tomorrow morning will be the last time they get my business. If they couldn't open the door for me and help me then they aren't all about the customer's. One minute late.

I bought a blower motor for 2007 Dodge 1500 years ago. I had a limited lifetime warranty on motor and you could not read faded receipt . The gentleman at advance auto parts worked with it until they figured out a way to replace blower motor. Very happy with their ethics and working with me to replace it, I had to pay nothing out-of-pocket. Thank you
