For pick online! the sign pick near the door shouldn't be there. I was there for 7 to 8 minutes waiting for someone to attend me. I had to say something for someone to attend me. Then found out pick up is on the other side
I was nice enough to wait. There were people in the back just talking about personal life. And only 1 employee attending 3 to 4 customers. Let's do better, just saying

A vital part of my cooling system in my daily driver disintegrated at the most inopportune time. Needed the part locally and quickly and this company provided the best choice of any of the big chain stores.To top it off, they beat the price of all of them to boot.Will continue to purchase parts from this store in particular, great experience.
