You cannot get service. When shipment problem arose was told management would get back with me. Has not happened yet.

Our family has used Allumed for various purposes over a seven year period. The staff has always been amazingly helpful and on the ball with getting us the supplies and equipment we have needed. We will truly miss Allumed and the amazing staff.

Never got the chance to find out how friendly and expert their staff is because their automated phone system was more cumbersome than I care to deal with. Went elsewhere, Allumed lost a potential sale because they can't answer their own phone.
