Left my four dogs for a night. Called in advance to make sure there was no misunderstanding that every dog needed to be on a separate space. I was called a few hours after drop-off, letting me know that my dogs had fought. Turns out they placed three large dogs together, expecting it to be fine and booked the rest of the larger rooms. The very least one would expect when you book in a "premium" place is to receive your pets unharmed.

My fur babies absolutely LOVE the staff. I've got big dogs, Staffy and large Bully. There's not many good options for me to take them where I know they are cared for. I appreciate the options for where they can stay, together or separate. Their exit baths are top tier, I need to know what they do to remove all their dead hair ?

This was our first time boarding our dog, and we appreciate the staff for taking amazing care of our Winter. We will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommend!!

Our pup had an excellent time at AH. I was extremely impressed with the willingness to let us randomly come in and see the facilities as well as see the kennel when dropping off. Highly recommend this spot for your furbabies!

Staff was friendly and we were able to see where our pup would be staying. It was pretty sad looking, we immediately felt bad for leaving our pup there but had no other options. We paid for a bath before picking up our pup but once we got him, he did not smell like he had received one and his legs were wet! To make matters worse, our puppy got Kennel Cough. Pretty unfortunate situation. Tried it once but probably not going back.

I have been taking my dogs to Almost Home for 5 years. First my older black lab who had mobility issues. The rooms were so roomy and we were allowed to bring rugs for her to walk on. She always stayed in the luxury suites. And now our younger dog who stays in the standard room. Everyone is so friendly and it is so great to know that your dog is so well cared for while you are away.

I desperately needed a place for my Jasper to stay and be cared for. I was in a medical rehabilitation facility and the weather was hot in August 2023. Circumstances led to my dog Jasper and I becoming homeless.Jasper had stayed at Almost Home Boarding as a puppy for a few days years before the facility had a new owner.Mr. Randy, the new owner gave Jasper a reservation during the hot month of August 2023 with extensions until October 2023.Mr. Randy and his staff cared for my Jasper and he was Almost Home.I visited with Jasper once, the rehabilitation therapy facility arranged for us to see each other. It was the first separation between Jasper and me. I worried about my Jasper being depressed without me.When I arrived at Almost Home, Jasper was brought to the front by a staff member. He was happy, I called out to him and he ran over to me.Jasper sat in my lap, gave me love and remained in my lap, but he never turned away from the staff member or the owner, Mr. Randy.I had to extend my stay at the rehabilitation facility and I called Almost Home.Mr. Randy, I have much respect and gratitude for you , your staff for giving Jasper a home until I could be discharged from the rehabilitation facility to our new home.I don't think we will be separated again, medical reasons cannot be predicted.I would only be able to have peace if Jasper was boarding with Mr. Randy at Almost Home Pet Resort.

I've been in many pet boarding facilities. This is the cleanest(no urine smell) facility I've seen. I was able to spend some time with Randy(the owner), and it was obvious he cares for the pets as if they were his own. There is no other place I would consider taking my pets to.
