my elderly mother lives at Bricks on 13th and sometimes has trouble navigating repair request or reaching out for help with understanding her account. Maranda Had been OUTSTANDING ! she has provided excellent service with any repair request and helping my mother resolve any questions or issues right away. She has been a true gem and making sure my mother has a wonderful living experience at the Bricks.

Erika and her team are so sweet and helpful! Property neat and spacious floor plans. Definitely would recommend living here if in the temple area.

if you want a complex that’s going to give someone else the unit you’ve already signed a lease for and paid a security deposit on right from under you the day your set to move in this is the place. It’s genuinely disgusting, I don’t know if it’s a management issue or if it’s just pure theft, but regardless it’s inexcusable.

As the previous reviewer said, the old management was very iffy. That being said! The new management genuinely cares about the tenants, keeps the grounds super clean and even keeps poo bags for your pups in stock:) I really enjoy having not only a pool but a seating area next to the pool. Parking is plentiful even for guests. No complaints here!

Really been happy with the new office staff, it's nice to have people who seem to actually care & want to help. Having actual people in the office makes a big difference, especially when you're being acknowledged and spoken to when they're walking around the community. Seeing them put care into the laundry room & picking up trash has been great too.

Been many years since I have lived in an apartment and I just moved in here. If I could give 10 stars I would. Friendly management, super quick maintenance responses, and friendly neighbors I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home!!

showed up for a SCHEDULED tour and no one was in the office. i called 5 times and no one answered. i drove 30 minutes to tour these apartments and waited another 30 minutes for someone to show up or answer me. wasted my time!

Ive lived here about 3 weeks now and its been a bad experience so far. Nobody has come by to fix my doorknob on my door so i have no way to close my door or lock it because they came by took the doorknob off said they were coming back and never did, nobody has came by to fix my AC that is not shutting off and is not blowing cool air so its been hot everyday in here and running up my bill and several other things that need to be fixed like the water coming under my apartment from outside when it rains and my carpet being completely wet from it and also my fathers room has a major leak from the ceiling as well that they have not fixed yet and also my sliding closet door came off. And nobody is ever in the office and the people in the office seem like they dont know anything or are never in the office. Sometimes the office is just randomly open with no one inside. They told me this apartment was an “upgraded” apartment and the only thing i see upgraded is the floor and carpet everything else like the cabinets, doors etc are falling apart.

DO NOT RENT HERE people took $200 and a $70 application fee and refused to refund my $200 when they said they could not provide a vacancy on my timeline. The manager never got bac to me. This place basically stole $200 from me. I dont know if I will get it back but I want to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else.

If I could give them a zero I would. By the way, there’s no one in the office more often recently, Why? Their ENTIRE staff has been fired for misconduct. They are training the new staff that’s why they’re not in the office. Previously wrote a really good review but unfortunately , have to recant that one. The unprofessionalism will be clear after about 2 months in, watch out.
