If I could give 0 stars I would today was my first time coming in the store to look for braiding gel they don’t carry any at all but besides that the Mexican lady they have working there rude as f will never return you are better off at a beauty supply store

Mixed reviews on service. Most of the time it’s really great. Very professional friendly staff. Just as a note make sure you go early - several times I’ve gone at 5:20 to grab a last minute item (in and out) and the doors are locked so just plan ahead for that.

Dont pay with card!! Take cash!!My mom went and made a purchase of $40, but the lady at the front said to insert it again because it didnt read the chip so my mom did. And got charged another person transaction as well of $66. We got ahold of the manager and nothing could be done. Even though the receipt had another customer name, and wasn't my moms. So if your ask to insert your card again DONT DO IT!

Been a customer for 22 plus years! Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Will not ever give them another dime!! I’ve tried to be supportive even though they don’t get supplies from their supply companies, but today due to their “return policy” on something that wasn’t used and was brought back not even 24 hours!! I’m DONE!!! Would not recommend to anyone.

Every time I go when Annalei is working she greets me with a smile and a friendly greeting welcoming me in. She acts like my many questions I always have are never an inconvenience for her. She Patiently answers everyone of them. By far one of the best employees I've experienced here in the 10 years I've been coming in.

I have been getting the Run around about the sales tax license for many months now at the Temple store. I went there yesterday and the clerk was rude. I told her that I have updated my paperwork at the store in person and also with Keith from the Killeen store last week as well. Got nowhere with that. This is an Ongoing Problem! I have been a customer for about 40 years!

Convenient location and they usually have what I need in stock. My only concern or criticism would be the handling of the pandemic standards. As there seems to be none. As a person that recovered from and literally almost died from this disease, it's disheartening to see businesses not take more effort to help control the spread of this very deadly disease. Once the store was under new management no one seemed to wear or encouraged customers to do so either. Very disappointing.
