Roopas and K1 Bloom were absolutely fantastic! They were extremely helpful, polite, and easy to talk to. We came from overseas and needed a completely new account and phones, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They knew exactly how to transfer all of our information from one phone to another and gave us great advice on keeping our bill low. We had checked with other providers in the area, but no one came close to the level of service we received here. I wish everyone was as helpful and knowledgeable as they were. Highly recommend!

I had just left Verizon for the fourth time and got no where. I saw at&t on my way out and decided to stop, I'm so happy I did. They took care of me from the minute I hit the door and never stopped. They were really knowledgeable about my needs and met every one of them. I'll be going back again for my next phone. I promise.

We went in a few weeks ago for assistance with my husband’s phone and the new manager was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us out tremendously with my husband’s issue. One of the best AT&T stores in terms of customer service.

Ivan was absolutely professional and patient while helping us decide what to do with our internet and phone service. He wrote everything down for us and advised us what to do. He was assisting the 31st St. location but his home base is in Harker Heights. We will follow him there if we ever have a need to go to Spectrum. Thanks Ivan!

I had an AT&T prepaid SIM. My monthly balance had finished, so I bought a recharge card from Walmart on 31st Street. When I went to the billing counter, there was an AT&T employee there. He told me, “Recharge with this, and I will give you an AT&T unlimited SIM. You won’t be charged anything for one month — it’s totally free. Just take a new SIM.” So I took the new SIM.
But within less than 10 days, they sent me a bill of more than $100. And even though he said it was free, he charged $32 on that same day. I realized that he was trying to fool me, but since I had already completed the process, I didn’t say anything.
Now, I haven’t had time to go to AT&T. I’ve called many times and even visited the store, but they just keep giving me numbers saying, “Call this number, call that number.” No one is actually receiving the calls. And nobody helping me I want to deactivated both at and t sim I even using Verizon I just shop that sim but I am not using those

Very helpful staff. Deals are what you would expect from AT&T. Would recommend if interested in phone or internet service.
