They added Assurion insurance to my phone w/o my permission or even knowledge. Now I can't get AT&T to answer the phone to cancel it so I'm going to have to go back to the store to cancel something I never asked for. All bots on the phone. This should be illegal. I don't know that they're worse than any other provider, but that's no excuse for inhuman behavior.

Sheree was “EXCELLENT”!!! and she superb!!! She had knowledge about all phones and insurance!!! Her attitude was Superior!! We should have more customer service like her. GREAT JOB AT&T!!! I messed up and thought I was placing a good review but added very dissatisfied instead of VERY SATISFIED!!!

I was told that it was store policy that customers are required to pay for NextUp and insurance when trading in phones, and that I could just take it off by calling customer service, so I accepted. However after going to a different store, I was informed that it was against company policy to force customers to pay for Next Up and insurance and that it was not possible to remove either from the bill until after the first payment. If you plan on trading in your phone at At&T, don't do it at this location- you WILL lose money.

Been a ATT customer for well over 20 years. Went into this store for two reasons. The women they greated us acted like we were waisting her time and treated us like a criminal that was there to steal a phone. Will NEVER GO INTO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO SAD

Tell your installation crew to pick up their mess. Westfield Blvd. You have wire surface layed and left a bunch of rocks on the sidewalk across the street from Tarver Elementary School. Already witnessed a girl on a scooter wreck in the dark early hours, because of the rocks all over the sidewalk from AT&T employees!

Coming from a busier city where waiting was the norm, the General Bruce store in Temple was very efficient. Rob immediately approached me and got me signed in. I felt no pressure to purchase anything that I had no intention on purchasing when I walked in. Once my decision was made and promo offers were provided but refused, we got down to the matter at hand. Good conversation with my salesman who got my new phone and quickly got everything switched over for me in a painless and efficient manner. To buy a new phone, hear about the promotional items, and to get my stuff switched over in an hour was very impressive. Top notch salesman....

The two people that were helping me on the first week of December seemed more interested in making sales than actually assisting me. They rushed me, I asked about the trade in, was never informed I would receive an email, I never did a trade in before in store, I was told a trade in kit would be sent to my address. Two months later and going back and forth over the phone, no kit has been sent and I’m now being charged $500. The $500 should be charged to employees to prevent future mistakes that end up costing customers in the long run. This is the same thing AT&T as a company did to my dad and I’m not very happy. This company needs to be investigated by the BBB.

My experience at AT&T on 3809 S GENERAL BRUCE DR. was very pleasant. The lady who helped me in purchasing my first line was very patient and kind. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I am very satisfied with my purchase

Crappy customer service. I went in to ask for help with the AT&T wifi in my car because of course it doesn't work either and was told by a sloppy looking employee that they don't do that.
