The service here was awful. Ms. Car Vette was extremely rude and condescending. We came in with questions and she would interrupt us and just completely shut us down. All we did was try to get more information and she was not being helpful and basically made it seem like she couldn't help us. Ridiculous.

I had a representative named Pierre. He was extremely arrogant and rude with the choices that we came in wanting. I have worked in customer service for years and understand their job to sell all products. However this man's attitude was very unpleasant and judgmental. His selling style was very aggressive and demeaning. I would have liked to have a different rep assist me but I wanted to give him a chance to change his demeanor, which did not happen. I will not be doing anymore business at the store if I am greeted by him. Very disappointing experience as far as the representative goes. I got what I needed and left with no extras. He did not deserve the commission off my purchase.

Went to check on my status on my phone and got info I needed and found that I was wanting to see about trade in and a new phone. Manager put me on the list for the next salesperson to assist me then a lady came in after and had her name put on the list also. But for some reason the salesman didn't want to serve me so her went to her, their were only two of us waiting all the rest were taken care of. Then he had the lady move out of her chair so he could sit in it, because it was his. both chairs were the same. Why he didn't call my name I don't l know, maybe cause I'm old, a veteran (had shirt stating that) or I had long hair. But don't need to be treated as a third class citizen!

Went to the store right when they opened and will greeted me and was patient and fully explained the phones and transferred all my data. He was extremely helpful and kind and personable as well as knowledgeable. I will definitelybe going back and asking for Will. He is a super employee that makes customers feel appreciated

Went into location to upgrade phone. Was sold a screen protector, being assured there was free lifetime replacement. A few weeks later, the cover is cracked and I go on to get my free replacement, just to be told it cost $8 and some change to replace it. The employee, customer service, and the store manager all apologized but said they would not honor the sales pitch given by the employee. Save your money and get the 5.99 three pack off AMAZON!

Completely understand that employees are hard to find right now in this world. However been sitting here for 45mins still have 3 in front of me. I don't mind waiting at all my issue is that there are 10 people in here waiting to be helped . There are only 3 employees present on the floor total 1 being the manager Thomas. Understand breaks and lunches have to be taking ... is sitting at the desk just sitting there on his phone looking through it nothing else. While his 2 other employees are working hard to get the customers in and out of the store. He should help his employees not just sit on his phone checking people in when they walk in and then back to his desk sitting down on his phone. Never had an issue with this store usually everyone is so nice and polite which they were today as well as Thomas but this one manager isn't helping his employees at all to get rid of the crowd. Ron, & Will are doing amazing !

Thank you Will for being so great with assisting me after a really bad experience at the other Temple store on S 31st st. On top of helping me, he was on top of his coworkers. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. He gave me all the info I was expecting initially. Thank you!
