I was having a great deal of difficulty in switching my phone. After 2 lengthy phone calls with no success. I went to my local AT and T store on W Adams in Temple Texas. A representative named Ci Ci went above and beyond in helping me. In a few minutes she had my phone connected and functional. She was very understandable and kind. She is a great ambassador for AT and T.

Justin has helped my family
Purchase 1 Apple Watch, 3 phones, and we added the new home technology protection plan to my account. He is always kind and patient and at this point remembers my family. Great experience.

Justin is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and always enthusiastic to be there and help. Manager Kayleigh is wonderful as well she was able to help me with my phone upgrade, helping me understand what fit best for me and my phone usage. They both make the store wonderful to be in. The most painless experience in trading in my phone, ordering a new one, transferring data, and updating my account accordingly. Due to their seamless streamlined procedures and customer service, I spent no more than 15 minutes getting it all done!! Highly recommend!

At&t in West Adam's, Temple TX is my forever store. Hats off to the young gentlemen that were working there last night while my fiance and I were there.(8/21/2024) The other stores in Belton/Temple area need to step up the game!
