Poor experience I was shocked when I got my most recent bill as the salesman never went over what my monthly increase would be . I called Att and at first got nowhere just excuses .Then I asked for a Supervisor who took care and got rid of the extras . I asked for a Region manager to call me and discuss STILL NO RESPONSE .

Approached immediately. Dan our salesman was great in answering our questions and explaining the differences in the phones. He knew what questions to ask for us to make a decision. With that we decided to get 2 phones.

Dan was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He admitted he had only been a rep for a few months, but his knowledge of the products, accessories, programs, etc. was impressive. I bought a phone and he had to transfer my other phone which took a long time and kept him over past store hours. He was very efficient and worked diligently to get all my concerns taken care of. He put me at ease immediately with his positive attitude, knowledge, friendliness, and attention. He answered every question I had and never said, "I don't know, but instead said, "I will find out. "I called the store before going in to see if they had the phone i wanted, Kayleigh answered the phone, and she was very helpful and friendly. She checked immediately and let me know they had it. Her attitude was friendly and positive.Definitely recommend this store.

Dan was the most helpful, polite, well-spoken, and well-informed associate that I have ever interacted with-- ANYWHERE. He is an asset to the team. Management material. He also answered another associate's questions gracefully and without getting flustered. That showed great multitasking skills. Great guy!

Kayleigh Johnson is an awesome worker at the Temple store. She helped me with Apple Card & how to use it. Plus she is a delight to to with about problem on how to get info from my phone. Look her up. She is good.

Dan & Haley were incredibly helpful throughout my visit despite technical difficulties regarding the card readers. Dan was very professional and catered to my every need. Haley was busy, however still was able to assist with myself while also helping other customers. Great team! -Austen Barnes

Watch this store. Not sure if all AT&T stores are like this but watch them!! They will add protection plans without your consent and then tell you this is a standard practice to add a protection plan “that is free” for fourteen days. Then you’ll get an email saying that they will charge you. This is an unacceptable business practice and fines should be brought to the management or higher ups. I will be making this known to the BBB. Also, I went up there to have it removed and it’s still charging me.

I had a bad experience in this store. No logic and No brainier. simply say NO. when I asked for any further help. simply says my systems are not working. we can not do here. Call customer care. if we are doing everything online. why do we need this store?
