“I was really glad to talk with Kylie today because I had been scammed 2 times earlier this week. I am not going to complain about your chat support person but sorry there is no way I was comfortable with my chat with them as they had no way to show me they were legitimately Allstate employees and I was extremely nervous about the whole thing.
But Kylie made it all better for me, her calm resolve and sense of humor settled me right down and made me feel better and confirming that the email sent to me came from Allstate was icing on the cake. She did a great job, KUDOS to Kylie, thanks for helping me.
