No store employee greeted us walking into the store, the employees did not direct us to the self checkout, had to locate it ourselves. Overall customer service was poor.

This store always has the most courteous, and helpful employees, would like to give my appreciation to your management and props to a young lady named Madison, she was extremely helpful with my situation at hand, very patient and knowledgeable in her field of work, automotive maintenance can be extremely frustrating at times, but when a customer gets this kind of assistance it makes your task and day much better, I would like to add for corporate you have an outstanding lineup of employees at this location please take care of them, there's nothing like great customer assistance and PR...

I walked into the store and asked the front counter guys to help me find a fuse to replace in my truck. My radio wasn’t working and I researched and then asked to confirm the fuse I need to buy to replace. The guy at the counter told me that if the radio was on that it wasn’t the fuse. I told him that per the research I did it was an amp fuse. He the was trying to convince me that it was an aftermarket amp (which it is not) it’s a B&O system with an amp built into the truck. He then tried to tell me I needed a whole new radio system. I asked if I could just buy a fuse and try to replace it and he suggested I take it to Ford.
I drove down the street to O’Reillys. They confirmed the fuse, showed me which one I needed, I replaced it and now my audio works.
Just disappointed I wasn’t listened to and had a bad experience.

Regular old autozone, what you find from coast to coast and border to border, staffed with courteous, helpful employees.
Easy to find, fairly easy in & out, decent parking.

Derreck was the guy that helped me out. He had a busy morning with 5 people waiting for be helped. Handled all the customers and was able to take care of car diagnostics. Great place and if you ever come here, ask for Derreck. Thank you. Staff & Derreck 🙏🏽

I'm giving this place 1 star only because of the manager. She is rude, ignores customers, stays on the phone on what is obviously a personal call, and if you have any melanin in your skin, she assumes you're Hispanic and speaks to you in Spanish. Once they didn't have a part I needed. Instead of offering to get the part for me, she told me to buy it online. So I took her advice.
