Ishmael went out of his way to help me get my car back on the road - car started misfiring on a roadtrip and he was able to help me diagnose the issue and then called up a friend who was able to fix the car no problem. Without him I would have been stuck in town with no way to get home. Really appreciate it.

Poor customer service, employee laughing and joking with what I assume were customers. I spent 20 minutes waiting to be helped by the other employee who was taking care of all the customers while the other just laughed and joked. When I confronted this particular he claimed he was searching for parts, the were speaking Spanish so I couldn't understand them, but I know they were not looking for parts, this review would not even get a star if I didn't have to click 1 to post.

Somebody working at the store just totally hung up on me when I was in the middle of asking questions About their marine, Battery’s for a trolley motor I didn’t get an answer or anything Just straight up, hung up the phone for no reason. Absolutely unacceptable for a business like AutoZone that guy needs to be fired. I will be contacting corporate.

Cody was an amazing help. Not only did he help us find the right product but he even took a look at our tail light with us to figure out exactly what was wrong! AutoZone has been our go-to and the workers at this location are always kind and willing to problem solve.

Showing up at closing time isn't always a good idea, however I needed to get a brakelight fixed.
Mr Edward's was very very pleasant and patient.
It's been awhile since I got that old fashioned enjoyable customer service and I certainly didn't expect it at closing time on a Sunday.
He made my day!

This autozone has some really good people working in there. From what I gathered most are retired veterans and they are really gentlemen, kind, and courteous. I am grateful to have walked in that store over all the others today.
