Had a windshield crack on Thursday and they were able to get a replacement overnighted and installed the next morning at my place of employment. All around excellent experience. From the customer service on the phone, to the technician installation - nothing but friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My wife had 2 chips in her windshield. Our 19 year old son took her car into Waco Auto Glass to get the chips repaired while we were at work. They were quick, rescpectful/helpful to our son and the repair looks great! Will be sending all of our windshiled reapirs to them!

I needed to replace the driver's side back window. I went in on Monday. The window was overnighted. I went in the next morning at 10am and it was done and I was out of there by 10:15.
Great price, friendly service and obviously fast work. I will go back if I have any other window/windshield needs.

My back window was busted out by some punk(s) last week. Waco auto glass replaced,Tina helpful with the price. But when I got off work busted glass still all inside, also glass is not fitting correct i can move it out an inch alsorubber seal not replaced,when asked Hector about it I got,oh sorry I forgot my vacuum. Why did I have to ask? Told to bring by to clean it out, told him unable bcz of job,no mention of I could run by and take care of it. Did go by on Saturday showed open Noone there called twice left voicemail. And no call back. Would not reccomend bcz this is ridiculous

I HIGHLY Recommend these Folks!!! Easy In Easy Out ! Good Conversation!!! Headliner was coming down at windshield… They glued it back in place with a professionals touch !!! Who does that anymore? Cracked Broken Windshield Out and New One installed in less than 30minutes !!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

They installed new windshield on my 1963 Military Jeep and did a fantastic job! They did it same day which was outstanding! Great customer service as wel!
