Drive thru is inoperable cause there's so many criminals in Temple. Their atm's often have issues. Banking in general is an issue with this bank...

The bank teller was very rude and disrespectful. I asked a simple question and she made me feel d*** for asking. It was very embarrassing and I will definitely use a use a different location moving forward.

I came here this morning to open a new account but I was told the wait would be an hour or longer. This place is severely understaff and lacks the much needed customer satisfaction service. Other banks would have gone out of their way to have new accounts but not this bank. I love my BBVA bank but my wife and I needed additional bank to make our deposits. You just lost a potential customer BOA.

Long lines because of the understaffed tellers, and the drive through is closed. Also lacking basic services such as temporary checks.

Poor excuse for a bank. My wife, who is now 56, has had a checking, savings and credit account with Bank of America and all the former names they were under since she was a teenager. Her loyalty is unwarranted based on the poor service this bank gives its customers. I have been pushing for her to move the accounts to another bank that I do business with and she is ready to do so now. We live in Temple, TX and only have one B of A bank in the area. Don't really care if it's one or ten because this place is always under staffed. Service is something that means nothing to this bank. Did I mention they removed the drive thru windows? Yes, every time you need to do business that cannot be done with the ATM you have to go inside. One might say that's not bad...well what if you need to do business, during this COVID times? You get to stand your butt OUTSIDE, in the SUN, baking at 93 DEGREES. Summer will be here soon so 100 degrees plus will be around the corner. The bank will not even put up those pop up shades. Heck Home Depot does that. What if it is an elderly person, someone in poor health? They only let 4 inside at a time and there is plenty of room to social distance inside where it's cool. But no, stand outside and have a heat stroke. Are they hoping everybody leaves so they can leave this area? Doing everything that will lead to this. My suggestion, take your business, as we are, somewhere else. There are plenty of other banks who actually care about their customers. One star is too high of a score, would have gave less if I could. Don't believe me? Look at this picture.

First let me state that this is NOT the fault of the employees at this branch. My complaint lies squarely on the shoulders of the Bank of America corporate decision-makers who do not have to deal with the consequences of their decisions. I am a long-time, formerly satisfied patron who is ready to pull our accounts and, in fact, today took my five-figure deposit elsewhere instead of waiting in line for 45 minutes (the drive-through ATM was not accepting deposits either). BOA closed 2 of the four locations in our growing Temple-Belton-Killeen/Bell County area of 350,000 and the 2 remaining locations, especially 31st Street, are completely overwhelmed. As with the last time I attempted to bank at this location recently, there was not a single available parking space in the lot and the inside teller line was almost out the door. Absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT waste your time coming to this location. All I can figure is that they are hurting financially (a scary thought for the place with which you entrust your hard-earned money) or they do not care about their customers and want us to bank elsewhere. As soon as it can be arranged, I will.
