Service takes SO LONG for the drive-through. You're usually better off going inside. If you do, they do have some cute things inside.

BSW pharmacy Canyon Creek looses huge points because of the nasty attitudes of the women at the pick-up counter/window - just rude and miserable for no reason. You cannot have these people offering customer service like this! Otherwise, great pharmacists. Quick fills and refills. Clean, cute gift shop.

Very disappointed. For 3 days in a row I was told that they would need to order my prescription and it would arrive the following day after 2pm. I finally asked after the third day if there was another pharmacy I could get this medication from and was told that the CDM may have it. They gave me a number to call that didn’t work. I called several BSW pharmacies before finding my prescription. They really didn’t care that I was feeling bad and needed this medication. Thanks for your support.

5-6 years and this place was great until today. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription the way it has been filled at this location since I’ve been on this prescription since 10/2022. He proceeded to lecture me in front of a full line of people how unfair it would be to others to give me all of what they had on a medication that is in short supply. I use this medically, I’m not part of the weight loss craze associated with this medication which is exactly what he was insinuating. Very degrading, wouldn’t listen to me at all. What do I care others can’t get ahold of it to use it off label? He is now part of the reason people needing this medically cannot access it. My doctor wrote the prescription a certain way on purpose. I get the same amount $25 for 90 days. He wants to fill it monthly $25 for the 30 days which is now $75 for the 3 months and I still get the 90 days but at triple cost. Make it make sense except for the fact they have now made more money off me than needed. And I forgot to add the fact that the amount of the medication I left with today had been in stock 3 days ago. I was told to wait for the full supply to come in, the next day I got the automated call it was ready, I hit 0 and spoke to someone to verify it was the 90 day supply at $25 and told Yes, just to get there and be denied. He only gave me what they would have had in the first place 3 days ago I could have got then. He then proceeded to explain since I have a savings card that would only reimburse them 1 month and not 3 months so he was not filling the 3 months. So in the end it came down to money and not actually what is “fair”. Disgusting Scott & White.

Tried CDM pharmacy because they were physically closer but came back to Canyon Creek. Service is better and drive through is speedy!

This pharmacy is so consistently fast! I requested a prescription refill and received an email saying it had been completed five minutes later. Best pharmacy ever!
