Was literally on the phone for 20 minutes of just ringing and nobody would pick up the phone. I hate this bank so much

Love PNC, they couldn't be more helpful and always friendly!

This is by far the worst bank I've ever used. They tell you you have overdraft protection. What they don't tell you is that it's at their discretion. I had several transactions declined even though I have direct deposit. The app is slow with realtime transactions so your account will go over and cause fees. Money making bank here.

The representatives of this bank lack technical knowledge and professionalism as bankers. When conducting a HELOC final closing just before Christmas 2022, this was the worst experience ever. The personal banker (Rodney Bates) overseeing the signing of the documents, did not have my packet printed, reviewed, lacked understanding of the requirements of the loan processing, and left out critical documents from the packet. He was asking personal questions about what my plans were for the money, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS this is money that I am authorized as a homeowner. The notary agent (Brandy) complained about the job and stress in front of me. As she was the only notary working multiple cases at the same time. However, raise this issue to your boss not the customer. I am not your friend or in your leadership channels. Business practices are completely out of order. The loan was completely botched paperwork missing and having to come back a second time for signatures delaying the final dispersement of funds. Signing paperwork is a very simple task and finalizing the dispersement of the payment should not have taken the time it took for a very remedial task. But PNC Bank representatives managed to turn this into a clown show. When checking on the status of the loan the representative (Dana) was loud, rude, and very aggressive. She should not be working in customer service, lacks couth and tact. Find a better place to meet your banking needs, PNC Bank is the worst! Times are too hard for this type of foolishness - playing with folks money and time.

I had/have an account there, but have moved 6 hours away. I never got any info about the switch from BBVA. When I called the national PNC number, they were beyond rude & said only a physical branch could help me. Today, I called & was on hold for over 1 hour. I finally hung up & will try tomorrow & as long as necessary. I just want to get my money out of there. Terrible service.

Good bank but the higher ups don’t know what there doing and how to run the bank properly.I have a certain amount of money on my card to buy things and I know how much I have on my card so I don’t go into the negative but it always seems like they find a way to put me in the negative when I had the right amount of money on my card for all the purchases I made takes days to get things out of the pending status I wouldn’t advise going to this bank unless you would like to lose your money and they won’t have a clue what happened to it

Today I went into PNC Bank Temple South Branch in hopes of exchanging a torn half of a $5 bill; Potentially worth more than the $3 I have to my name. A wonderful lady helping me, informed me that there was not quite enough of the bill for the bank to be able to exchange it. Hopelessly, I asked about any other options as far as me contacting the federal reserve. Without hesitation, this heavenly woman offered me $5 out of her own pocket. When I told her how much that meant to me as it was all I had, she offered me another $5 and insisted I accept it. I desperately needed her kindness today and will use the $10 with so much thankfulness. God Bless this wonderfully kind woman.

New to visit inside lobby. Realize it is very calm and too quiet. Short employees and their speed process is quite slow. For me I ain't complaining for taking too long. Because of my first paper paycheck, it was small issue for not verified until Ms. T checked with other employees to know about Temple ISD paycheck. Other than that.. Ms. T was very calmly and respectively to see me as new deaf customer. She's very friendly to brought me a thank you small free gift. Because I was patiently waiting. Because of hours that soon closed at 5pm. Thanks Ms. T! ???

I had planned all week long on coming up to this Bank on a Saturday morning because that was the only day I was available, I checked their hours of operation and everything and they were stated to open at 9 a.m. Saturday. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. to find the entire building closed, with no employee in sight. There was no note on the door or anything to indicate that they would remain closed all day. This is an issue for me because I had to travel to get here, and I had no prior warning or note on the door indicating that they were not indeed open.
