They don't let you try on the wig and no returns all sales are finial and can't exchange for different items

The only thing about this place they don't let you try the wigs on, so if you take it home and it's not right, you can't return it either. I would not feel comfortable paying for an expensive wig, and I don't know what I am getting.

Really didn’t want to put a Star but I had to just to leave a comment. I’ve been going here since a young girl. It’s really sad how they watch you an make you feel so uncomfortable. I know they have to watch their product but why make it so obvious? Very rude not nice at all. I will be driving to ktown hair store when I need something. Wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business!

they watch you as if you are going to steal. They treat you as a bother. I was getting hair for braiding which I'm not familiar with and the person at the counter was very abrupt. Then I accidentally purchased the wrong type of hair. i returned almost immediately after my purchase and the person at the counter nearly snatched the bag out of my hand..... I DO NOT recommend patronizing this establishment!!! The store is clean, organized and they have decent prices but the service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!
