I went to Best Buy today to look at a new car radio. Stood there for a couple minutes and woman came over. I started to ask her a question and she walked right past me. About a minute later, same woman asked me to get out of her way so she could move a ladder. We left.

Best Buy might be ok if you are purchasing something in-store, but if you are there to get something serviced, forget it. I had a problem with my laptop recently, actually a relatively small problem I just wanted diagnosed. But no. All they really wanted to do was sell me their new "total" service contract for $179. I was not interested in purchasing that, however I couldn't even get them to take a look without charging me at least $150 up front, with no guarantee they'd be able to find out - or solve my problem. So why would I want to buy an extended contract for $179?? I will take my laptop elsewhere. I don't like being played, folks. They used to be a decent option for taking items in for service. Obviously they've decided they can make more money this way. Shame on you!

I also go to best buy to buy routers when I'm in need. The store is beautiful and the staff always ask if I need any help. I'll be back there again if I need anything tech.

Purchased new Bose earbuds today. Got them home to find out they had already been registered to someone else. Hmmm.... So the only thing I got that was new was the purchase price.

I have to give a huge shout out to Bridgette and her side kick April for helping me Friday evening. This lady was a blessing to us, she truly cared about taking care of us and she went far and beyond to take care of a warranty issue we had. She is what true customer service is all about. Thank you so much for doing what you did for us. You definitely deserve more than what I have to say... thank you so much.

I used to love this place because they have a great selection of Blu-ray series and movies. I would always pre-order their exclusive steelbooks because they fly off the shelf! But now whenever I go here (which is not very often), I just feel sad because there's not much options so I would rather just purchase my stuff online.

Terrible experience. Chose curbside pickup for an air filter & ended up waiting over 30 mins. Called the store & was told by customer service they forwarded their calls to corporate customer service. Close to 40 mins after I arrived, I get a text that an associate is coming with my item. I tell the associate I’ve been waiting over 30 mins & he said all the racks were gone because TVs were being loaded into vehicles. My item was a small box that weighed about 3 lbs so no rack was needed. Customer service like this is the reason businesses go out of business. Next time, I’ll stick with Amazon.
