This is an amazing hotel! The manager and staff were very kind and accommodating to their customers. Kudos to Best Western Hotel and staff!

All nice and clean and great until I tried to go to sleep at the “early” hour of 10 pm… there is a lady working there with her kids and was allowing them to run and scream in the hallway for hours. My husband asked them several times to please quiet down. Terribly unprofessional of them to have that going on at that hour to say the least. Highly recommend the second floor too, because there are lots of construction workers up super early in the morning like 4-5 am and they will wake you up getting ice at the machine which is quite loud.

Bathtub drained very slow, some cleaning and updating would make this a 4 stars rating. Check in was quick and overall good experience.

It’s a best western. Staff was great. Breakfast was iffy but rooms were clean. Water pressure was low.

Two words......Highway Noise....
..I-35 traffic is an all night thing but starting about 4AM it is intense and i was in a room at the opposite end of hotel from the highway

It's an older location but kept up very well. It is clean and comfortable and quiet. It's not the best bed you've ever slept on, but certainly not the worst. I didn't make it to the breakfast, but they do have one.

There was a bloom of crickets happening and the hotel did as much as they could to keep it outta the hotel. Otherwise it was lovely.

We found a fantastic deal for our stay (in-town for an out of state wedding). Our reservation was for 4, so we booked the suite and the pics looked just like the room but the staff - specifically the manager was horrible. We had hair and make-up people come to our room (for less than 2 hours!) and he charged our card without permission (and then called our room to tell us he did so). We came down immediately and he began YELLING saying that since we lied about how many were staying in our room we were being charged more. We did in fact book for 4, and had 4 but I let him know who comes to our room is not his concern. He proceeded to yell and we left. It was the craziest thing I've ever experienced. I called corporate from the parking lot who then called the hotel directly and handled the matter. We would have left had we another option. We stayed a total of 3 days. The manager would go the other way if we crossed paths.
Aside from the drama. Things to know are it's easy to Uber to and from (we didn't rent a car) and there is a Texas Road House next door that you can walk to. The pool is outside and the size of a jacuzzi
