Asked them to run my card they had on file and the owner said the card reader was down that he would add my file to his pile that he needed to run as soon as the card reader was fixed! Now I'm being charged a late fee and can't access my unit! I will be closing my account with them and will never use them again! Not my fault that their card reader is down and shouldn't be charged a late fee because of it!!!
