I have been using BKCW and Purifoy insurance (who merged with BKCW) for about 20 years and they have met our insurance needs which included cars, house, boat, umbrella, renters insurance. They are very easy to communicate with by phone or email and get things done promptly without having to ask twice. Extremely friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend.

BKCW (and Purifoy before them) was my property insurance provider from 2015-Sept of this year, when they sent me a cancellation notice via email. All of my premiums have always been auto-drafted from my checking account with no problems, and I had been drafted as usual the prior month, so the cancellation notice was a surprise. I emailed BKCW to ask why I was being cancelled with no notice and was told that I should call the insurance company to find out. The agent did not offer to find out why my policy was being suddenly cancelled, or offer to communicate with the insurer, or anything else. I find this to be quite disappointing customer service after 7 years. I have ended my relationship with them as a result.
