This gotta be the worst. I bought some brisket here for $13 and it was literally rubber . That’s probably the reason why it’s wrapped up in a plastic bag inside of a to go container so people don’t see how horrible the brisket is.

Always a great travel stop. The best. No one does it like Buc-cee's with great fuel prices, clean restrooms, and more food than you can imagine. If there is a snack, Buc-cee's has it, and then some. Hot food, cold food, junk food, healthy food, BBQ brisket, smoked turkey, pulled pork, fudge, kolaches, scones, cookies, candied corn, and beaver pellets...
Souvenirs, crafts, pickled green beans, pickled okra, pickled eggs, clothes, hunters' supplies, deer corn, more and more.
You have to experience Buc-cee's at least once. No other travel stop will look the same.

Typical Buc-ee's at a good location. We were disappointed that kolaches are only offered in the mornings, however. Crowded but there isn't a long line for checking out.

I had never had my car washed in Bucees before and I really loved the service...it came out completely clean and dry...you always surprise us with your cleanliness...congratulations bucees

Me and my girlfriend Love stopping here any chance we get on road trips or if we’re in the area. Can’t miss out of the brisket, banana pudding, Cotten candy, a buccees soda and then 30mins of walking around the store part!!!

Weakest Buc-ee’s this trip (4th). Jerky area closed sandwich/taco selection rough. Mostly the managers, someone remind them the customers don’t work for them. Cashiers great as usual.

Wow. Definitely the place to go if traveling on the road. There is nothing that you can't grab while here. Food, gas or any nic-knack.. I wouldn't advise making a stop on a Sunday during the midday, lol.

I'm very disappointed in Buc-ee's. I've bought cute outfits for my granddaughter from them for the past two years. I've had to return some due to duplications, and I've never had any issues getting a refund to my credit card with my receipt or exchanging it for something else However, a month ago, they changed their policy. I bought some outfits in Temple at the start of our trip. I started thinking about it because I'd bought some for her birthday in December two months ago. I had a friend look, and sure enough, they were the same. We just stopped at Buc-ee's Hillsboro, and I took it in with the receipt. I was told their policy had changed a month ago and all I could do was get the VERY SAME outfit in a different size. I couldn't be reimbursed, credited, or exchange it for something else, even if I spent more money. They said it was posted everywhere in the store. However, it's posted at the cashier spot on the wall as you're leaving(in a small frame) & literally too late as you’ve already bought the item. I asked, if I buy a shirt, start walking out & realize I already had it or didn’t want it, could I just turn around & return it. NO!! It was now purchased even though I hadn’t left the store. I couldn’t even get a different style!! Only exchange the one I bought for a different size. So where they have the sign is not at the register when you’re paying but as you’re walking out. I also wanted to test the manager that told me this when I tried returning the item. She said signs were everywhere in the store about the new policy & all employees were aware.
I went back & acted like I was shopping for a toddler outfit. I picked one up & asked the Buc-ee’s employee who came up to assist me IF my friend had already gotten him that outfit could I return it & get him something else. She said as long as you have your receipt & tags are still on it no problem. So the manager was wrong - all employees are obviously not aware of this change!!! I didn’t want to get her in trouble so said nothing. But I was correct, not everyone is aware!! And signs only at check out as you’re leaving.
Buccees needs to allow time to enforce a major new policy like this. A “grace period”. They need signage all over the store & at registers. They need their checkers to verbally tell people when buying non food items about their new policy. They need signage coming IN to the store, not leaving. All employees need to be aware as they are walking around so they can inform people - especially in clothing. But this policy is in reference to any merchandise!!! So this LONG time patron of Buccees merchandise will not be buying anything ever again.

Every time I come here 80% of the gas station spots are filled with someone not even getting gas and left their car to go inside. It’s so annoying. They need signs up that people can’t get gas and just leave their cars in the bays.

Buc-ees, great place to visit in Temple! It's super busy during lunch time. Love the breakfast tacos, BBQ and coffee. We came here looking for gifts and were not disappointed. Everything you can imagine and more. And if course, clean bathrooms with artwork on the walls.
