Dont trust this bank anymore cuz of two tellers were trying to steal my money .. One of teller is supervisor..Had meeting with another supervisor from this bank yesterday.. Her words " it is mistake . I am assuming " My words " why she waved slip at my face while other hide my other slip " She should have look at security camera first before the meeting.. She shouldn't have jump to conclusions ..It is now under investigation.. I have bad feeling she is on their side ..Cuz they all work at same bank ..Hope and pray that the President of this bank see my comments .. It make me wonder if they steal other people money ..

The customer service is top notch. I love being greeted by name when I walk in. I'm not even a high money depositer. I'm a regular dude, but treated like I'm an appreciated customer.

Ever since Cadence came into existence the service has crashed! Can’t even call on the phone without a wait! I closed my account by writing a check and now they want an $8 fee to close the account. I have switched my account and lockboxes to another bank that has been most professional and friendly. With so many banks to choose from why go through the stress! Beware they will put an account inactive if you don’t make a deposit every 4 months and they won’t tell before they mark it as inactive! Buyer beware!

Ever since bank Corp took over the service has plummeted.It took someone over an hour to even figure out how to order foreign currency.Very impersonal service, I am just an account number to all the clerks.

If I could give this bank a zero I would! Absolutely the worst bank I have ever banked with and will be moving our accounts immediately. We used to bank with first state bank and they were absolutely wonderful and since the transfer over to BancorpSouth we have had nothing but problems. I Would never recommend anyone to bank with them. Terrible terrible terrible

Ever since Bancorp took over it's went down hill. You can not talk to anyone like you use to. Now you have to sit on hold forever. And then they still can't answer your question.

Their is no switch board when your calling to handle business, so they give you a phone number and then you have to call that number if they even answer. So frustrated with the online banking too.
