I hit a curb (at low speed) that tore my front bumper off and disabled my left side blinker.

If I could give zero stars I would. I unfortunately had a bad experience coming here for my very first time. I asked if they can take a look at my car for an estimate for a dent on my car. The lady that works in the office immediately asks what kind of insurance I have and then she recommends me to contact my insurance on what company to go to. What’s worse is that as we were leaving we seen her walking to her vehicle as if she was leaving for the day or taking a break and it made me feel like she didn’t want to assist me accordingly. Very disappointing and hopefully this can help their customer service. I left and went down the street to Tubbs paint and body shop and I immediately got 5 star service less than 5 minutes.

Postponed my repairs by a week, did a bad repair job didn’t include the all clips that should’ve held the bumper on firmly and equally only added the top clips to the bumper. Didn’t clip the bumper to the wheel well so the air pushed it back onto my tires.
On top of all that the woman they have run the secretary’s desk is antisocial and the repairmen aren’t communicative about their postponement of your work until their shift is almost done.
I paid 500$ and my insurance handled the rest (3,500 total roughly) for them to half ass the work.

I had my Honda repaired at Caliber Collision and I’m totally pleased with their work from day one leaving my car and picking it up on completion day. Staff was professional, friendly, helpful. Anthony kept me informed on the status of my car and job was completed on expected day! I highly recommend them!!

Caliber collision helped me with small problems with my tailgate on 2 separate occasions at no cost. I wanted to use their services to fix a bent rear bumper. Unfortunately they’re all booked up and I’m only in town for a couple weeks. That’s the way it is with shops that do good work. I can leave a good review though.

Took my vehicle to get looked at they stated there was no hail damage. Reporting to the BBB and will not recommend. How is this not hail damage?

I had an appointment booked for 3 weeks. The day before I was to drop off they called and cancelled my appointment saying they wanted to prioritize other customers with their preferred insurance providers.

Caliber Collision was delayed with the delivery of my vehicle but it was not their fault. Delay on part service. The concern is that they did not notify me that they are still waiting on a part. I found out that the car was still not ready on the day I was told through a message that it will be ready. The staff were courteous and were busy.

Do not go to Caliber Collision on Ave. M. Part was (supposedly) ordered 2 weeks ago complete with estimate that didn’t even have to go through insurance. Appointment was this morning and guess what? No part was ever ordered and the past 2 weeks of needing repair was wasted time and broken promises. Oh, and they couldn’t tell me when the part would be available.
Problems were obvious from the first visit with having a wait for the guy to talk on the phone which was more important than being there for the customers already in the office. Having an appointment made no difference.
The person responsible did apologize and take responsibility and told me this isn’t even his job! When I asked to speak with the manager, he told me the GM was out this week. Well I guess we know wherein the problem lies.

Communication started off great. I was given an estimated timeline and text messages were flowing with what was going on. Then everything changed. My car was dropped off for a front bumper replacement amongst whatever else got damage from hitting a raccoon on my way home from work. A job that was supposed to take a couple of weeks ended up taking a total of 3 months. It supposedly took 9 headlights to get the correct one and one that wasn’t broken. I have been working on cars my whole life and have never even heard of that. Anyway, while the car was waiting for a headlight it was parked outside and got blasted by hail. Now my $2500 repair turned into an additional $10,000 repair that my insurance company had to cover but the shop paid the deductible. I was told the hail damage repairs would only take a few days to repair. A few days turned into a few weeks which turned into a month and a half. I was given at least half a dozen dates when it should be ready. On the day I finally go to pick it up there was body shop trash in the trunk, the trunk didn’t close properly, the hood insulation wasn’t installed, and there was body work dust all in the car. They got the insulation installed which I had to wait an additional hour for and looks like it’s probably going to fall off and then I left. I went to fill up with gas and noticed primer overspray on my gas cap, overspray on my drivers quarter glass, and overspray on the windshield. Next, 3 days after picking the car up the weatherstripping between the headlight and the fender is coming off. 3 months in the shop for a front end repair and then hail damage repair and you would think that upon picking it up that it would be perfect. Poor communication and poor quality workmanship. I have no idea why USAA has this shop as a preferred shop but the lifetime warranty isn’t worth it if I am going to have to keep going back to get things fixed that should have been taken care of before I picked it up the first time. I only picked my car up 5 days ago and saw all this. We’ll see what else I find as time goes on. Do not recommend.
