When I dropped off the car, the mileage was 81,311, but when I picked it up, it was over 81,800. How would you explain that?
Other than that, I was fairly satisfied with the service.
It would have been better if at least the dust on the car’s exterior had been cleaned. That was a bit disappointing.

Over priced. They will lie about the damages. As soon as I was given a price I took my car somewhere else and got it fixed for way cheaper. Do not trust these people.

This is my go to place now for repairs. After indifference at the Avenue M Caliber, I headed to Caliber on I 35. A friendly receptionist greeted me, immediately got a technician to look at a bad scratch on my car door who, politely, said it only needed buffing and he would do it now! He returned in 10 minutes, scratch gone. If you need good service, quality work this is the place

The atmosphere was friendly. The work on my car was exceptional. Caliber constantly gave me updates on the work. My car was ready several days before date given.
