“This is my third time using their services. Twice at their Killeen location on W.S. Young and this time at their Temple location on General Bruce Dr. All three times were a pleasure. The employees were very kind, courteous, and helpful. Not only that but they were mindful of their waiting customers including me and quick to make sure you are helped within a reasonable time. I wish other businesses had employees like these because to be honest you don't find great customer service at many businesses today. The Enterprise Rent-A-Car employees at least at the locations where I have done business should be held up as an example of good customer service. They will definitely continue to receive my business and I would recommend them to everyone.”
