I'd like to give a shout out to Ms. Stacie who helped me as fast as she could when she knew I was in a time crunch (it is quite busy here). She communicated to all the customers by acknowledging them and informing when they'd be attended to. I believe this is the only rental car place that opens every day of the week in Temple, which is important for renters. They also have a shuttle service to drop you off or pick you up from auto body shops, which was another benefit for renters. The customer service and professionalism was excellent.”
