“I spoke with Jasmine Martinez today about reinstating my membership today and she was very knowledgeable and super helpful! I love the customer service that I recieve specifically at this location and would recommend to anyone that lives in the area, or that commutes down West Adams. Also having the complimentary air freshners and dog treats are a huge bonus, my fur babies also love this location!!

“Would have gotten 5 stars but the wheel shine doesn’t always work on both sides and it doesn’t rinse all the soap. Also for some reason there are times not all the brushes or whatever you call them work.”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience. It’s kind of sad that I was shocked at what a good job they did. In this day & age getting what you paid for is almost nonexistent. But the $37 I paid for them to wash the outside, clean the inside and armor all everything was well worth it. They did it in record time working as a team and I was very pleased with the outcome. I went the morning of 5/2 as they were opening and everyone from the attendant to the cleaning crew were nothing but helpful and friendly. I’m definitely coming back.”
“Store has really made improvements in the past few months. The staff is always welcoming and the products are actually available to purchase. I used to hate coming into this location due to how dirty it was but now it’s always clean when I come in even the restrooms.”

“I recently moved to the area and I’ve had horrible experiences with the other car washes in the area, but Tommy’s has great quality and it’s always clean also the vacuums always work. If you forget your detailing kit they do have a $5 kit they provide it comes in handy. Today specifically Qavi was very nice was outside cleaning the area and checking up on customers over all lovely experience 10/10.”
