This is my second time coming here the first time Christian was very helpful with getting my hat shaped and with the selection and my second time visiting I got a straw hat and the gentleman Braden helped me shape it at the last minute of closing. Thank yall for a good experience definitely comming back!

Horrible, I returned $200 boots just for them to never give me my refund. I made a claim and now they called my bank saying I'm in the wrong and my bank took it BACK out of my account. I have proof of buying AND returning the boots so I will be taking action.

Came in to purchase some boot socks at 5:06. Went to the register and 4 young workers were laughing and talking at the jewelry case next to the register. Waited 5 mins while they talked before a cashier came to check me out.

This store employees nothing but teenagers or very young adults and they really don't try to help. My husband loves to get his boots here and we tried to have someone help us find one that was missing and the person didn't act like they even cared and were just like try a different size, well he needed that size. Then I went by myself for a Christmas present had 4 different people look and me and walk the other way, I was standing in front of the knife case that is locked, I can't open my self. Very disappointed. This is where we have bought my husband's boots and jeans for years guess we will be looking for somewhere new.
