My husband had previously been in to look at what they had. Anna, helped him, and later he brought me in. I purchased a couple things that day with Anna. She was so knowledgeable and her customer service is impeccable. I'd reccomened anyone going in and seeing her! She is sure to give you a great price and service!

I came for a visit a few weeks ago from Wa and stopped by just to look around and Nikki was a HUGE help on directing me to the right places in the store, had answers for every question, incredibly kind and friendly and overall just a great attitude!!!!

It's been ok I had a couple of issues I didn't likei got something pulled from my loans that I know I paid for it really upsets me but what can I do but besides that the staff treats me fair except the skinny white guy with glasses he's trying to get over on people the girls thier are awesome they have been good to me

Was in and out quick. Took my charm to my chain here and got it appraised within seconds and was out the door in 10 w $110 in my pocket. Went to Mikes Gold Buyers and the woman tried to give me $15 for the same peice . This place has always done good business with me ! O complaints

They change the price in the middle of the deal doubled the price because they made a mistake and would not honor their ticket price would not recommend anyone dealing with this place ever
