Chappell Hill Apartments is a pet friendly, luxury apartment community landscaped across ten acres with magnificent shade trees throughout the property, giving a unique living environment. The newly renovated apartments are beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious, featuring granite countertops, high-end appliances, and wood style flooring. Residents benefit from various luxury services including a salt water pool, a fitness center, a basketball court, and controlled access gates. The property is very well kept and beautiful, with a quiet complex and mature trees. The staff and management team are great, always going above and beyond to help. They are attentive, helpful, courteous, kind, and on top of issues. The maintenance team is the best, providing same day service that is incredibly responsive and friendly. It is a good place to live where residents feel safe and comfortable, with no worry about crime. While the freeway drone is always present due to proximity to I-35, it is not super loud. Overall, this is one of the best apartments to live in Temple, highly recommended by residents.

I have been doing their pest control for a few years and have seen how awesome the crew is. Bridget, Matt, and their team are always on top of issues, which makes my life easier. It's nice seeing a management and maintenance team that cares about their residents and keeping the property in great shape.

It has been a pleasure living here the past two years. There have been no problems at all with my stay; Maintenance was swift with every problem. I truly am glad to have called this my home.
