The customer service was great. The price I paid for the “DBOX” seats, were very disappointing considering I could have went to Austin and paid LESS for BETTER. The seats barely moved, and there was NO other “special” thing about the seats other than the OCCASIONAL vibration. I’ve been to Austin, and the REGAL GALAXY theater had moving seats, water, AND smoke immersion. I feel cheated out of funds and like I was tricked. I’m highly disappointed and it messed up my “immersed” experience. It felt like regular seats. Don’t waste your money please.

Cinemark is wonderful, I always have a great time when I go. Until last night, I got a special popcorn bucket, the popcorn guy told me it came with an XL popcorn and proceeded to fill the XL popcorn bucket. My son got himself a small drink and we went to check out. The cashier charged me for the popcorn and then provided the small drink for free with the bucket instead. Doubling my checkout. When asked why it was that much, he said because the bucket I got came with a free small drink. I told the cashier that the popcorn guy told me that the XL popcorn came with the bucket, the cashier pretty much said sorry bout the luck. Im still pretty heated about this and am rethinking where I go for movies.

Amazing experience... the X-D is definitely a must do. The screen is the biggest I've ever saw. The employees are all extremely nice and very helpful.

Go there and people are always friendly and helpful. When their POS system went down they even comped for the snacks so always amazing customer service

The orders are a little lost. I asked for my order of popcorn and drinks and they arrive when you are halfway through the movie. They don't have an order. I don't know what's happening in that theater and it's the second time the same thing has happened.
