They need to work on customer service skills. They never smile an they aren’t friendly.I bet they have lots of returns due to dressing rooms still closed even though it’s been almost 2 years since Covid, at this point they’re just using Covid as an excuse and its one less thing for them to do but it’s a hassle having to return because you don’t get to try on clothes because fitting room is still closed. I come because they have a good selection of clothes.
