DO NOT take your child to get their ears pierced here.
Today, I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time, and their machine got jammed with the needle stuck for a few seconds, in my daughter's ear. They mentioned this had happened before and blamed it on corporate. They should not be piercing ears since this has happened more than 1 time at this point. My daughter was in pain and disappointed that she was not able to get her ears pierced today. I will never be coming back and am very frustrated at the incompetence that was shown today.

The woman who helped me was very nice and patient, If I knew her name, I would thank her. The store is an amazing variety of rainbow scrunchies to cute bags and nails.

I came here with my bf and cousin, we were just looking around wanting to buy some rings. While we were holding some of the merchandise the employee said “better not steal something”. We were taken by surprise and continued to look when a security officer came into the store and started watching us and joking with the employee about us supposedly wanting to steal. We left the store not buying anything because we were so astonished by the treatment. The employee taking the shift at July 12,2022 is responsible for this but I doubt she works there anymore.

I got my daughters (3 years old) ears pierced at this location in temple tx on 9/27 around 630 pm. The technician was very nice. She picked the kids rainbow flower and did well with the piercing. When finished we noticed the R earring was loose but she said that is good so we can clean it. While at school the next day both fell out. The teacher thankfully put new earrings in that she had, but we couldn’t find the earrings to put them back in. We went to the store on 9/28 at 530p and the same tech was there with another woman. They refused to give us new ones. They said we would have to pay for them! We paid 99 dollars for her ears to be pierced and now we don’t have the earrings. Don’t waste your time here! Go to under my skin just down the way. They helped us and gave us better quality earrings than what Claire’s gave us. Called corporate and demanding my money back! We will not be back

I don't know what the name of the person is that periced daughters ears here but she is amazing!!! The person she is is just so refreshing. She was so patient with her and she just sat there and did it. I'm telling you my daughter was scared of needles and she made her feel so comfortable great experience for my 5 year old little girl. She has been smiling ear to ear since we left and keeps telling everyone. She is sooo proud and makes me feel so proud of her. She deserves every peace she gave us. You made our entire year and years too come what a beautiful memory she gave us.
