I do not recommend any body use them. I dropped off my vehicle to them to be diagnosed. They called me and told it me would be 3200 to rebuild my transmission and 700 to fix a misfire (the 700 wasn't on the ticket) and that the misfire had to be fixed first or he wouldn't warranty the transmission because it will lock up the torque converter and when ask what was causing the miss fire he couldn't tell me and would have to do another diagnostic to find that out. When I asked why the price was so high john became very hostile telling me he don't work for free and all I wanted to know was what was exactly wrong with it and why. My wife went up there to pay for diagnostic fee so we can pick it back up he confronts my wife yelling at her to take my chit and go and not to come back and that he don't work for free. I was at work and unable to be there to pay myself to get my key back. Kept changing what was said and what wasnt said. Lots of excuses, very disrespectful, and shady. Never going back.

These guys are honest and provide great work. They quoted me too low on a used transmission and still only charged what they quoted. Would definitely take vehicles back to them.

They were quick, friendly and professional. Gave me options with honest opinions. Never felt like they were trying to sell me on something I didn’t need. Prices were better than other places I looked. Had the work accomplished earlier than quoted. Truck runs like new.

Avoid this place at all costs. A complete lack of communication on their part caused my repair bill to go up. When I go to pick up my vehicle, it won’t even start! Almost a year later and they haven’t touched my vehicle or had any communication with me. Now I’m out $3k and my vehicle is in worse shape than it was when they got it. Unbelievable, if I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Carl is incredible. Kept me informed on my wife’s suburban transmission replacement. Reasonable price and about $4000 cheaper than the dealership. Very straight forward. Now they have my truck that unfortunately has a blown motor. They’ve worked closely with my warranty company and were able to play a HUGE part in getting the warranty to pay. Saved me probably close to $8000+! Highly recommend. Honest people and full service. You won’t be disappointedUpdate: I picked up my truck yesterday from the motor replacement. It runs IMPECCABLY. These guys know their stuff and are strait forward. I have a fully re-manufactured engine and the warranty company paid, unbelievable. These guys are the real deal. If you need engine work this is the place!!

My friend went in for a quick diagnostic. It ended up being a $160. Then they were saying they're not guaranteeing that the park that they put in won't solve the problem. Well, there are the ones with the $1500. Snap on plug in under your steering whbill. I think they're trying to get over on him
