I sent large format files to be printed one day prior to need for pick up, when I entered store at 10:00 employee was eating potatoes chips and had not started job. Employee was reluctants to bind or correlate sheets for the set of drawings and charged $20.00 more than listed cost.Fake kindness subtle hostility.
