On January 15th I had gone to Schlotzsky's, I had to call the CVS store because I was watching garbage being thrown around by the wind coming out of their dumpster area, I thought that was disgusting and so I called and asked a manager to go out there and take a look at it he said he would take care of it. Well today is February the 2nd I go to Schlotzsky's again, it's a joke obviously do not care about the environment, there is absolutely no reason for it to look like that it is completely disgusting around that dumpster. This is how you get rats and unwanted nuisance.

I must admit! that my stopping into Cvs the very first time was a wonderful discovery, having passed by Cvs numerous times, not stopping or going in to shop I had no idea what Cvs was about. on my first shopping experience I was delighted to be enLightened to a unique CVS $avings arrangement, which I have since been partaking of with regularity. very importantly too! the cordiality of the CVS clerks are an icing on the cake to want to keep coming back for more.

It would be nice to actually be able to speak with someone in the pharmacy when you call instead of having to leave number for call back. I get so many scam calls in a day that I don't turn my ringer on and would probably miss a call back and even if my ringer is on, I don't answer calls that I don't recognize the number.

Inconvenient as hell when I try to talk to someone at the pharmacy and still get an automated system. Get it together CVS we want to talk to a real person not a robot that is a complete idiot

I wanted to take a moment to commend the excellent customer service I received this CVS pharmacy. During my visit, Renee took the time to thoroughly review my profile and discuss all available options with me. She even went above and beyond by coming from behind the desk to show me over-the-counter options personally.
Later that day, while I was standing in line, I witnessed Alyssa's exceptional service. A woman in front of me asked if her prescription was ready, and Alyssa kindly informed her that it was in progress and mentioned the out-of-pocket cost. When the woman was surprised by the cost, Alyssa took the initiative to apply a discount card, reducing the price significantly. This thoughtful gesture exemplifies the outstanding service provided by their staff.
On my way out, I informed the managers, Kristi and Suzanne, of the excellent service I had received. I visit a different CVS location monthly, and this experience was by far the most patient, compassionate, competent, and enjoyable. This CVS location should be considered a training center for other stores.
I recommend visiting this CVS pharmacy for all of your prescription needs.
