We love it here ♡ family friendly and very clean. The man at the desk working tonight after 10 pm. Was professional and up beat. This is our second stay here. On our way to Illinois and now on our way home. I highly recommend.

Room 117 was straight out of the 80's, ruined a good pair of white socks walking on the dirty floor. Room had at one time been a smoking room and had that residual odor. TV was so small I needed binoculars to see it and had a red line down the middle of the screen. Would not recommend this hotel. Front desk staff were friendly is the only positive I can give this hotel.

Beware! These scumbags that run this hotel are scammers n not professionals. I wanted to extend my stay and I told them I will do it online but they said if I do I will have to check out and come back at 2 pm. I was shocked and asked what kind of rule is that? They said if I extend at their office I can stay and don’t have to check out. I jokingly said is this a new rule from India ?? n these guys were pissed and told me to get out and leave which I was ok with it. The manager who is obviously another scummer from India knocked my door and asked if I can leave. And I told him sure I can but I just woke up let me brush and shower? Guess what he said? No I should not take shower or brush my teeth? I simply shut the door took shower and brushed my teeth and went to the office to check out. Guess what these acummers refused to refund my $50 deposit . When I said no that’s not right. They threatened me to call the cops or leave my $50 deposit. I called the cops unfortunately the cops told me to take them to court which I will definitely do. So stay away from this scummers. This hotel is run by scummers and stay away.Noteworthy details: I always read reviews but I missed reading their reviews before I checked in BIG MISTAKE

Strangest and rudest desk clerk ever. So glad we went there to check it out before booking through Wyndham! We didn't stay.

Absolutely terrible. Found long fake eyelashes in the bed. Floors are completely disgusting. Ask to get the room cleaned and sheets changed, and an employee acted like it was a big inconvenience. After leaving a review with the booking company we were kicked out. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.

My Husband and I have stayed at this particular location twice in the past six months. Front desk clerks have both been courteous. The rooms both were very clean and comfortable. No issues with noise. The parking lot was clean both visits. The Internet did not disappoint. We'll definitely make this our regular getaway.Safety: The parking lot has plenty of lights to see after dark and there are plenty security cameras. We feel safe when visiting this particular location.
