I have to say I have gone to this place for years. They watched my kids grow up and move out. They have really gone down hill and I will not be going back. 10 days after I had these done and I am already having them grow out. Last person did not push my cuticles back or trim the edges of my fingers. So disappointed. I saw the bad paint job from the start but wanted to let that pass but for the price I pay they should not be like this so soon. Sorry to say it but you lost a long time customer.

never will i ever come here again the person tht did my nails charged me 70 dollars didn’t file nails good couldn’t do coffin or french tips how i wanted on top of that nails lasted two days and all lifted off

I haven’t been here in years , mainly because they don’t listen to what you want !! Me and my mom went today and they just did whatever they wanted to my moms toes , the owner was very unprofessional & just overall very rude .. my nail tech was so sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted shoutout ROSIE very respectful and made me feel very comfortable.. if I come back that’s exactly who I will be going to !

First time there, got a gel mani and pedi, went with a mickey and Minnie theme for my hands. Very excited with the theme, only complaint was not enough polish on the edge of the thumb, they probably would've fixed it but I had a time crunch and couldn't stay longer. I think Henry did my hands and a sweet lady did my feet. They offer margaritas and wine. Their prices are descent and good packages. Really good place to pamper yourself.

These should’ve been no more then 80$ im a nail tech my self but I like to get away from my kids sometimes lol but tell me why I paid 135$ for some regular nails these are not drawn on they are tips. The lady was sweet but do better stop trying to SCAM . Stop trying to add your own tip. 😂 I wouldn’t have paid that much but my daughter was crying for me so my husband paid when he told me how much he paid I was livid .🤬😡

This salon has really gone downhill. They put me with a new girl and was not fully trained and was a sorry pedi and mani. Never again 😡😡😡

If I can give a 0 start I will do it, My wife went there on Friday 13 - 2024, She have the nails done, 2 of the nails broke the same day and 1 get damaged, their products are bad quality, she went back to have then fixed, they said that she have to wait from 3 to 4 hours to get the nails fixed and also she needs an appointment to do that, she did not need an appointment to get it done. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Receptionist was super rude to Her.

The girl that did my service never really looked at me or responded when I spoke, EXCEPT to tell me I was done - nails were still wet. I felt like I was in the wrong to even ask about that once she responded. Paint was messed up by the time I got to the car. Nails are all messed up, very disappointing. As I reviewed the other comments, seems the responses are always blaming the customer and little effort is made to be improve. There are too many good places to even try to go back there

Just came in here inquiring about a face wax. Signed in and sat down waiting patiently. Another lady walked in after me asking for eyebrow wax they called her first even though I was the one who signed in and sat down patiently to wait first. Won’t be coming back .

Visiting the area and needed a pedicure. My nail tech is an awesome lady named Colorz. Best pedicure ever! All the staff has been friendly and helpful. Salon is clean and modern. Nice pedicure chairs. Ask for Colorz - you won't be upset!!
